Contact Us collects a name, email, subject and message. Faith Forge Labs stores these on its server to review and respond, together with the source site and page, available campaign details, IP address and browser information.
A saved confirmation means the inquiry was recorded. It does not confirm email delivery or a personal reply. Do not include private documents, signatures, passwords or sensitive records in the public inquiry.
